Will letting my car dry more help ?

Some water got inside my car after driving through some water and right after the incident the lights in the car would come on and when I tried to start the engine it would click and not turn over. 12 hours later it won't click, won't turn on,no lights and jumping the battery didn't help. Do I need a to let it dry more?A new battery? Or something more extensive? the check battery light is on now as well.

You can continue to post this question a thousand times and the fact will remain that until you divulge a little information about your vehicle the answer will remain that no one can give you an intelligent answer until you give us an intelligent question.

It's also a violation of Yahoo Answers guidelines to post the same question multiple times.
