Ok I just turned fifteen, my penis is about 6 1/2 inches long erected but unerected its probably an inch and a half at the most, when I don't have an erection it leaves like no bulge or anything in my pants, its kind of weird to me, also am I big, small or average for my age

Bigger than normal size range for adults- which is 5 to 6 inches.  Well hung.  Flaccid size range is 1 to 3.5 inches so you are fine there too.  Bulges vary on guys, depends on how a guy is hung- some guys have their balls up a bit higher, which makes the penis bulge out more.  Others are hung lower and don't have much of a bulge if any.  Just basic physiology that is genetic.   And probably fully grown down there, most guys have their full adult size by 14 or 15 and the body catches up.

The average erect penis size is 6 inches.. so you are doing very well. And you have a few more years to grow.
