male genital piercing, PA or Dolphin?

I have had a PA before, loved the look, wasnt quite wide enough, kept moving in and out, easy to fix i just didnt, also i couldn'e wait the time for sex so i would take it out have sex and put it back, hole closed up on me one time never got it redone, i am trying to decide between getting it redone or getting the dolphin piercing, i feel like getting the PA and gauging it up to a big loop would be unruly, while the dolphin just gives you a couple studs,

any women ever had sex with either or both of these let me know, will also take your input on which feels better to you.
