Brother is bloody what has he done?
my brother just walked through the door with a lot of blood on his hands and face. i know that he was having an argument with his girlfriend, is it possible that he killed her! The blood is concentrated around his mouth area, so i think he might be a vampire or something. Ive always wondered why his teeth were a bit pointier than mine!
What do I do? im afraid to ask him in case he did something

That sounds weird. I don't think he's a vampire. It sounds like she punched him in the face, thus the blood around his mouth and hands.
If you're worried about his gf, call her and see if she's ok.

Jump in front of him, with a mirror in your hand and if his reflection is not showing, he is a vampire. Wear some garlic just in case he gets offended and attacks you.
