Why does this website have so many glitches?
Have you noticed this? It's like there is always something wrong on here. Do you think it is because of all of the categories and people using it at the same time maybe? Because it took me a few weeks before I could post a picture and now it's broken again and I can't change my picture.

I think it probably has more to do with changes they're making and the code wasn't written properly. A week ago we could give a thumbs up, down, find an answer informative or funny, now it's back to the old thumbs up or down. They've also gotten rid of the recommended questions for us and it's back to the regular open questions format. Since the source code for the site is probably hundreds of lines, it may take them a while to figure out what's causing the problem.
