What would you do if someone made fun of your penis size?

I am a nice guy by-the-way. I give people respect and all. I don't like being disrespected. Let's said if someone made fun of your penis size (apparently anything under 6 inches is small-that is what people had said; I'm 5.6 inches). Like is it alright if you make fun of their breasts. Like this for example: "At least I won't die of breast cancer you stupid ho." Would that be alright to said? What would you do?

Honestly none of my exes made fun of me....i'm blessed
However one of them has a 4 incher and our sex life was the greatest...He's the one i enjoyed the most especially when he tops me....He was best of all my exes though they were bigger than him.....
