how to calculate a tampon solution?

i have to calculate the number of grams needed to make a tampon solution of NH4Cl (idk how to say it in english) with a pH of 10

please help proff is no help

    It [tampon] is called a buffer solution in English. Tampon is usually French .. but refers to something else completely in English!
