but it's past midnight and I still have limitations for answering the maximum amount of questions that's allowed for my level. Eventhough most questions I answered where before midnight

Your Q&A limits reset at midnight US Pacific time. Right now as I'm answering it's 6:33 pm there.

The Yahoo "day" ends and begins at midnight CALIFORNIA time, NOT MIDNIGHt iN YOUR TOME ZONE. California is still observing daylight saving time right now. IF you are in Europe of the Middle East you set your clocks back an hour Sunday morning, so it's even more confusing. NOT MIDNIGHT IN YOUR TIME ZONE, midnight IN CALIFORNIA, because Yahoo's English language servers are in Sunnyvale, CALIFORNIA.

I think that it starts at 6 AM idk why but Bungie did this for reach for the weekly challenges.
