hai i want some tips for my studies. i am always distracted by tv and wasting time . nowadays i am sleeping early . always sleepy. what to do , exams are nearing GIVE SOME TIPS AND GOOD NUTRITION DIET TO STAY HEALTHY AND LEARN WELL. dont give rude or silly answers.

These are some simple tips which i follow during my exam:
1. Wake up Early in the Morning
2. Take more Water (per 20kg take 1iltr. eg.: if you are 60kg you must take 3 liters of water minimum)
3. Do sit ups
4. Have 7 - 10 Almonds in the morning
5. Take food at regular time, never skip Breakfast and Dinner
6. at least 3 types of fruits and 2 types of vegetable a day.
7. Go to bed early
If you are bored of reading for a long time, have a walk.
Try This for a week, you will definitely find difference.
