In un cortile il numero delle bici supera di 8 quello dei motocicli e questi sono i 5/9 delle bici. Quante bici e quanti motocicli ci sono nel cortile?

allora sappiamo che x(bici)-y(moto)=8 e sappiamo che x:y=9:5
quindi(x-y):x=(9-5):9
quindi8:x=4:9
x=8*9/4=18
y=18/9*5=10

X=8+y
Y=5/9x
Ti viene
X=8+y
Y=5/9(8+y)
X=8+y
Y=40/9+5/9y. (divido tutto x nove per togliere il denominatore)
X=8+y
9y=40+5y
X=8+y
9y-5y=40
x=8+y
4y=40
X=8+y
Y=10
x=8+10
Y=10
X=18
Y=10
