is this seller on ebay trusted?

actually i want to buy a bov for my turbocharged car. so decided to go for an HKS and while i was looking on ebay i found a very promising seller.

can someone confirm that by his saying, this is actually an OEM product he sells?

@falsi fiable, where i live, the product i want they sell it for 400 euro. so i would prefer to buy it from outside countries

    If you have to question the legitimacy of an on-line seller, it's time to visit a brick and mortar parts store in your community.
