Why not? You have to contact all the IT and polytechnics in Singapore to ask for their brochure and available courses for the year and the course fee. The fee should be about 6k each year.
When you decide on them, apply with all the revelant doucments . Try getting into a polytechnic or school that has boarding. If not, you have to make private arrangements through agents.
