hey...i want to be a software engineer so im looking for some IT course, can somebody recommend which country would gud for it....japan, singapore, germany, france or usa?
Also tell me which is cheapest among them. My budged is around 25000 us dollar.

1 - do you speak any other languages? ie if you're looking to study in France or Germany, you'd need to speak French or German...
2 - $25,000 total, or per year? In the US, your tuition fees will cost that in one year alone.
3 - what kind of course? There are thousands of different IT course options, from CCNA short courses to full graduate degrees (which have hundreds of options). Just wanting to be a software engineer isn't enough information.
