my 2 cents - i in my opinion sense that is better to bypass ICSE board on the initial degrees because the route curriculum has been designed in any such way that is extremely sensible to earnings in detail and performance to be very subjective. CBSE, on the different hand is fairly purpose and is leading at severe college or larger secondary element.
