My friend, first of all, don't use you Cap Lock when typing in capital letter. It considered "shouting" in Internet speech and that is not nice.
Second, with regards to your question. The S79 bus from 86th Street-Bay Ridge, Brooklyn to Staten Island is running. The only bus routes on the island with suspension are S81, S84, S86, S89, S90, S91, S92, S94, S96 and S98.
Therefore, you can take the S79 to and from Staten Island.
Good luck

Unless all snows clear, all New York city and big apple Buses are expected to going for walks normal time table, however due to snowy conditions, there might be confined services on buses systemwide in Metropolitan vicinity.. If buses that goes on hill would not be going for walks due to snow and icy roads when you consider that there are a lot of hilly areas in new york and Queens. If you're near new york Railroad, you would are attempting big apple Railroad as well, but anticipate heavey delays and trains perhaps Standing Rooms handiest due to folks who're caught in Blizzard. Also Janaury 1st, 2011, ny Bus would emerge as privatalized and not using a extra limitless MetroCard permitted as a result of larger fare.
