Why cant i get a job, what am i doing wrong?
So i got called for an interveiw for target, i did not get the job, i would like to know what i could of possibly done wrong, they were hiring for the seasonal job. i will answer as i go along

you could call them and ask. there are a million possible reasons. it depends exactly what they were looking for. criteria will differ from employer to employer. and they probably had a set of set criteria that is standard, as a guideline.

You failed at 'selling you', most likely the person that did get it simply had a better personal connection with the boss.
If you want to improve that, practice, there's plenty of tips, and tricks online.
