When there is satellite photo evidence of global warming why would anyone deny it?

Satellite photos show that the polar ice cap is now less than half the size it was in 1980 so why would the GOP and Romney think Global Warming is a joke.The Earths climate goes in cycles, the Earth warms,and then the Earth cools.All scientific evidence shows that our burning of fossil fuels is rapidly accelerating this warming stage.So why would the Romney campaign slam Obama for investing in Green Energy,wind ,solar,electric cars etc. and as Romney says he will put our coal miners back to work, cheap energy jobs,jobs,jobs,Their promoting coal because it cheapest without considering or caring about the long term cost to our environment.The GOP and Romney are refusing to take America into the future.We are already behind Germany,Japan,Belgium,finland,Norway,Sweden and others in future Green Energy sources.Their main concern is always our deficit, always money and profits,above our people,our health,our planet.,They would be quick to point out about our deficit that we are spending our children's future.Why then would they not be concerned that we're ruining our children's planet? A vote for the GOP and their policies would be a step backwards.

Update:

The trend is warming, the Arctic is losing 5.7 sq. miles of ice for every sq.mile that Antarctica is gaining.There's good reason to think our emissions are to blame because of the rapid acceleration of this natural cycle.........And yes, going green is expensive and it will be until it is widespread.Just like any new technology it starts out expensive,and then the price goes down when it becomes more common and competitive.

Global warming is a fact, but taxing Americans isn't going to help
There is no way to reverse climate change

Too much tropical rainforest has been destroyed
China, India and Brazil pollute more that the rest of the world combined
Carbon credits and CO2 "regulation" are just schemes to rip off working people

dude do research about this 'green cars' the battery costs 10000 and you replace it after about 10 years.. the only thing is its actually worse for the planet when you dispose of these batteries because of what they are made of. we will never stop using gas because there is too much tied into it. thats just how it is.. and the government wont tell you everything you should know that by now. they wont  tell you about the ships on the moon, the structures that are showing now that some of the ice in the poles are melting and revealing these things. they dont want you to know about the giants skeleton bones in Egypt. thats why its all a joke so honestly Obama is playing you all by making a big deal about the go green. yes we can go green but to an extent. we give up our fossil fuels WE DIE. ITS TOO WRAPPED IN THE ECONOMY. WHY DO YOU THINK WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE EAST SO LONG

As you say, the climate changes in cycles. But there hasn't been any warming in the last 16 years, and there isn't enough evidence to conclude that humans are causing climate change. Climate cycles occurred way before the Industrial Revolution. And how come Mars has been going through similar changes? What are the Martians doing to cause it?

And "green" energy is technologically deficient and economically ridiculous. That is becoming more obvious every day.

Fixing this would cost money and no self respecting contard wants to pay for fixing things. And besides, now that that pesky ice is gone, we can drill and get more oil to fcuk up the planet even more and make a lot more money. You do realize dont you that 'Romney and the GOP' as youve put it dont deny global warming, they just dont believe that makind is responsible for it - HUGE difference.

Also, if man is responsible for global warming then why did Mother Earth experience global warming 150,000+ years ago as well when Im fairly sure mankind wasnt manufacturing anything or driving around in cars yet?

Some people are so delusional that there is no dealing with them.  The whole earth temperature has been moderating for sixteen years already.  Write that down...16 years.  Just yesterday there was a report that the Antarctic ice shelf has grown beyond it's average.  Winter is just ending in Antarctica.  Summer is just ending at the North Pole.  

There is no man made global warming.  Climate change is practiced today as if it were a religion.
