If you want an i7 or i5 then that budget is low because Intel's processors are overpriced as f*ck. And most laptops can't even run ArmA II (DayZ game... DayZ is just a mod, not the actual game).
I'd rather buy a PC, unless you want to waste money on an overpriced Alienware laptop that does the same as a $100 PC.
