I assume you mean under 600 for the entire stay, otherwise you would not ask about 'affordable' LOL. Harrah's and Luxor are amongst the nicest in their price range. Excalibur is cheaper but it's also less nice, and Imperial Palace is to be avoided still, although it's really cheap and in a good location. Bally's is in a fantastic mid Strip location but some of its rooms, although huge, are not nice (I still have memories of those hard beds LOL). smartervegas and i4vegas are good for deals (i4vegas and vegas.com have good hotel deals, but you need to keep checking)

Las Vegas is a town that has anything for anyone so learn it with hotelbye . Las Vegas is a city with good attractions and one of those may be the popular Las Vegas Strip; the place where tourists can like a walk in the hot leave night, or have a stroll downtown and see a spectacular gentle show that spans a complete street, the Fremont Street Experience. Readers also can get a view of wonderful world popular re-creations like erupting volcanoes, the Eiffel Tower and the Sphinx of Egypt facing the various lodges and casinos. Las Vegas is just a town that consistently reinvents itself, so even though you have been here before you will never come to an end of fun things to do.

Which you can surely in finding some thing on the strip for that rate. Appear into Bally's and Flamingo. They are located in the center-strip subject, and have very reasonable rates and no lodge fees. The rooms at Bally's are greater, but Flamingo's rooms had been not too long ago renovated. You could potentially get 2 rooms at those locations for below $250 a night. Planet Hollywood is one more alternative, above all if you are looking extra of a party atmosphere. It is placed more toward the south finish of the strip, and also has no motel prices. It attracts a more youthful crowd than both Bally's or Flamingo tend to. Your premiums might be a little greater due to the fact that you might be staying over a weekend rather of weekdays.

You usually find the best rates by booking directly with the hotels these days. That provides you with more flexibility should you have to cancel or change your reservation.

Is that $600 total? So about $120 a night? You'll want to look at the more moderate resorts if so. Since there are 3 of you, the prices will be a bit higher than the standard rate, which is for 1-2 people.

I'd look at the following hotels:

*Flamingo - older, but recently renovated, and in a great center-strip location, putting you near several hot spots and lots of things to see and do. There are no resort fees here, which can add as much as $30 to your nightly rate (they are not part of the rate quoted to you, and they are charged after you check in). The pool area is great as well. It tends to attract a bit of an older crowd, but not entirely.

*NYNY - fun, young crowd; very cool casino floor area; decent location; fun bars (Coyote Ugly and Bar at Times Square); the rooms here can be a little on the small side

*MGM - huge resort, which can be good or bad depending on what you want; lots of options for eating and entertainment in and around MGM; great pool area

*Planet Hollywood - fun party hotel; good location; fun clubs; no resort fees; the pool area is just okay though.

*Treasure Island - pretty good location, fun atmosphere and generally young crowd; rooms nothing special; pool is decent

Those dates cover a weekend so prices will be higher than for weekdays.

Bill's (next to the Flamingo) is the nicest budget property on the strip and is $519.75 for those five nights for their least expensive room type (the "Classic Room"). It's only $60 for Thursday, Sunday and Monday but $170 each for Friday and Saturday. http://www.billslasvegas.com/

Mandalay Bay is the lowest priced luxury resort on the strip, and is running at $1,071 for their least expensive room type (the 550 sq ft Deluxe room) for those dates. http://mandalaybay.com/accommodations/all/

I've stayed at both properties (plus about 15 others in Las Vegas) and can recommend them both. Since you want to stay under $600 I suggest going for a Deluxe Room at Bill's for $569.75 or a Luxury Room for $619.75 if you can go a little over $600. Tax of approximately 12 percent will be added to those totals.

Bill's has a small casino and two slow old elevators serving the guest room floors... but it's only 5 stories high and the rooms are surprisingly nice for the price. And they have the best shower pressure of any Las Vegas hotel I've stayed at. Best of all, you're at the center of the strip in between Bally's and Flamingo, across the street from Caesars Palace.

I don't recommend staying at Tropicana, MGM, Imperial Palace, Excalibur, Circus Circus, Stratosphere, Monte Carlo or Treasure Island even if they're cheaper.

I've stayed at Luxor three times, and Bill's gives you a bigger and nicer room.

I've stayed at Bally's, their rooms are a bit bigger but are older and more worn out.

I've stayed at Monte Carlo, Treasure Island and Paris and won't return because their rooms are too small and plain.

RIO gives you a suite, I've stayed there twice and it's a nice place overall; but a mile off the strip. If they're under $600 and you don't mind being off the strip, it's better than Bill's.

Did you mean under $600 per night? Because that's easy. If you mean total than you will have to look at budget hotels like the Flamingo, Bally's, Imperial Palace, etc. You may also be able to get a descent room at Paris for about $115 per night. For discounts look at vegas 4 locals or smarter vegas

(relatively) inexpensive [ = decent, which is all I require ] are Hooters, Excalibur, and Circus Circus, among others.

Source(s): My stay at Excalibur last spring was nothing fancy, but good.
