Java or PHP or .NET? What would give me more opportunities?

I'm graduating this march and is wondering what programming language should I specialize? I want to spend this last semester focusing on an specific field for my future career, please help me decide.

What do you think is the correct order of these programming languages if it is arrange based on an order that will give me a better opportunities (1 being the highest):

1. Java

2. PHP

3. C#

4. VB

I would appreciate it more if you could explain, thank you :)

    Well, Java gives you more opportunities as Java is a non open source software thus it can' t be cracked or hacked easily so JAVA is better.
