Not yet, they'll probably on fine someone if it's completely obvious that it's flopping and you can't deny at all. There hasn't really been any non-debatable "fouls/flopping", yet.
We'll see when Ginobili gets back into regular rotation and when Lebron James gets extremely upset that his team is losing.
Those two are seen as having high chances to be the first to be fined.
