League of legends PBE problems x3?
I just signed up for the PBE 5 hours ago (as of this post) and I am having tons of problems already.
1) I cant connect to chat or the store
2) I cant get into any public games, only customs
3) I still havent gotten my IP/RP or lvl 30 yet
As of number three i've read that it takes about an hour to get those but i've waited for 5 and nothing. i've also re-logged 3 times. Any solutions?

1. lol servers are crap. This is a regular problem, even on the normal servers
2. That's weird, idk what would cause that.
3. You need to complete at least one game (idk if it can be a custom game.) Once you do that it should be auto-leveled to 30.
