Last night my friends under aged son threw a party while she was gone.?

One of the minors who lives with her went out and killed somebody while under the influence of alcohol. Who would be liable her or her under aged son; and of course the driver who killed the eleven year old boy?!

    well if she left the underaged son with no guardian i assume she would be liable

    sounds freaky, but I think that the parent should be held responsible. it depends on the state laws though.
