"is viber still free if you have a minute plan on your phone"?

i have a minute plan. i cannot call 7 am to 7 pm to anyone except domestic calls. Can i still call from viber for free(internationally)?

    Viber is basically a VoIP app. It means you phone people via the internet. so its essentially skype just without video calling.

    Its very similar to the popular app Whatsapp, which uses the same principal of texting through the internet. Both apps are free to install (except whatsapp on iphone). All you need is a 3g data plan or a wifi connection. But if you have a limited 3g allowance then try to have long calls on wifi.

    I myself have family in new zealand and i can call them any time of day for free!

    Viber is a free alternative to regular phone calls. All you need is a Wi-Fi signal OR a data plan. If you have Wi-Fi then it's completely free.
