Depends, do you have a good point guard if you give Damian Lillard away. Do you need a center really badly and want to get Marcin Gortot.
If it really doesn't make a difference for you, then I think Marcin Gortot is better and you should accept that trade. marcin Gortot is to valuable for fantasy to pass up on, especially if you are in a category scoring type, since he gives you tons of blocks.

its a pretty even trade. damian lillard has been going off so far this season but if you need big men then definitely take that offer. gortat is probably more consistent because he played pretty well for most of last year too and we dont know if lillard is going to continue putting up these numbers. id take it.
