Obama claims he has visited 57 states.... how many states have you been to?

Only a few.. There must be more states then we know of.

Still? Barack Obama made that statement over 4 years ago! He was making a joke. That's why you hear people laughing. He was stepping off his campaign plane late for a stop in Oregon and said he'd been campaigning so much that he'd been to 57 states in 3 days. Does anyone believe that even if Obama thinks there are 57 states that he went to all 57 in 3 days?

Hyperbole is a form of humor that Obama continues to use. Earlier this year Obama went to Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) to make a speech on education. He's been there a lot as president. It's handy to DC. Obama opened by saying that he had been to NOVA so much that he was two credits short of graduation. I was waiting to hear what those who continue to take his 57 states statement seriously would make of this statement. I thought that they would start to say that Obama was so sure of losing that he was accumulating credits at a college!

Sometimes Obama jokes. He's not that good at it. He should stick to politics.

i was a truck driver so I've been to every state in the continental US. never hawaii or alaska though and I've been to border towns in mexico.
