How did Mitt Romney really lose the election?
I believe once Obama got California and Ohio's electoral votes, Romney was done and he lost in that instant. Agree or disagree?

Romney lost the day he began campaigning. He was a shameless liar and not fit to be President. There was never any chance for him. If you listen to Faux News and nothing else, you will only be disappointed when reality happens.

He failed to convince a majority of people in swing states to side with him and lost out on the very essential electoral votes. Ohio was the big downfall. Once Obama was pretty much ensured victory in the state he took the election.

I like how the conservatives are crying about the electoral college... the one that's in the Constituion...cause they spent so much time claiming those of us on the left hate it.
That goes a good way to explaining why, exactly, they lost the election. Because they dont know what they're talking about.
And it was actually just Ohio. Romney had no statistical chance to win if he didnt win Ohio. and he lost it.

Agree! I really think mitt lost because he had all the states where there's really no population. He pulled the states with swamps and mountains and lakes and where people live in the middle of. I where mostly. President Obama pulled the states that were smaller but more people are able to live there like ny florida Cali Ohio ..they are all small states but they have more population. Like Africa and New York for instance. All the states mitt won were Africa and all the states President Obama won were New York! Get it?!

He lost by alienating great swaths of people. Perhaps you were asleep in your parent's basement when he said he didn't care about 47% of Americans. He then detailed his plans to ostracize seniors, non-whites, non-Christians, the LGBT community, women, and students. The votes he got were from uneducated white people, just like you.

Mitt lost because too many people are sensitive and depend on welfare.
