Loosing Weight, Is this right for me?

Based off 1600 calorie diet to loose weight 186g of carbs, 83g of Protein and 35g of fat a day? I went online and looked each up individually and this is what I was given for a 1600 calorie diet which I have lost 26lbs off of already but I wasn't doing all the amounts about. I actually had way less carbs and felt hungry all the time. any idea? I am 5'3 303lbs (was in a car accident and had surgeries in my right leg, hiked this way up) 26 years old...yes way OBESE but don't worry :) I am so pumped about exercising this will go way down quickly. Like 26lbs took me 1 1/2 months to loose. :)

haha loving that energy! But :( as a personal fitness instructor, I will tell you right now that all that is a fictional goal. Yes sadly it's true. No one can go 1600 calories a day. Ex) i am 5'2 95 pnds and I consume 2,000-3,000 calories a day. Note to the wise; The Calorie Diet System, alone, does not help lose much weight.

KEY: exercising does and that, my friend, is your best friend. Like a good 4 hrs every other day at least. Here are your best friends: water, workouts, no junk foods, fruits and veggies, and your doctor. Wait?? Why? because cutting back on foods can actually get you very sick, and hospitalized in extreme cases.

Realistic: How much do you want to lose? To be safe; you should only lose about 1-3 pnds every week. Your body can not take too much because it has not been trained to do so. I am not going to teach a 5th grader calculus when all he knows a division. Same with you. Your goal should be to lose about 2pnds a week. Yes it will take long and it will be hard but you know what, once you start seeing those pounds shed, you will know that it's because of your hard work and because you believed in yourself. Now, that's freakin awesome and I congrat you :)

So when loseing weight, you don't want to do weight training because that turns fat into muscle and thats not what you want to do right? You want to actually lose it. Let it get lost somewhere at the gym or wherever you work out. :)

Methology killed: Sweat is not losing fat. :0 Sweat is losing water. So keep yourself hydrated. Dieting is good for training your body when to eat and what to eat. That is good but don't kill yourself doing it.

*Remember your body is barely adjusting to what you want so take it slow.

*Eat lik 5-7 time a day. What? Yeah 5-7 times a day BUT in small portions. When you crave junk food, go grab an apple or my favorite: carrots with lemon, salt, and chile yum! Salads, try avoiding dressings. Some are worse than the Fat Boy's Burgers and those burgers are huge.

You need some one who is trained to help you. Why? because your goal isn't just losing a couple pounds (I am assuming) It's probably over 150pnds. Trainer will tell you what type of workouts and they definatly help motivate on those days when you are tired and just want to call it quits. It also very important because they can tell what are your limitations. Some people who want to lose weight can go over board and over workout. That can actually make you collapse and be hospitalized. I don't do this to scare you but it's truth.

Finding a trainer: Find one who takes their job seriously, many don't (trust me on that.) This person has to be punctual because this is on your time. That is their job. This person has be friendly and understanding but harsh (not to much) because you will be needing some one to push you and keep you motivated. *This person has to be some one whom you can trust. After all you will be depending on them to help you lose the weight.

I really hope that I have helped in some way. I really believe you CAN do this. You sound like such and awesome person. Wish you the best and God bless you!

    1. It is as simple as this, in case you burn off more that you simply devour then you're going to shed pounds so you must both consume less or do extra however the quality approach is to do both. 2. You have got to do a combo of cardio - walking, walking, swimming, biking and so on and strength coaching like crunches and weights. Three. To reduce weight and preserve it off you must eat healthily and activity for the rest of your lifestyles which is why it is a excellent proposal to discover a weight loss program and activity activities that's smart, you revel in and do not try and lose it too speedily.

    Don't lose hope,

And don't always satisfy your hunger

If you stick through 15 mins and drink water atm, you won't feel hungry
