that sounds like a dizzy spell rather than anxiety....do you have these symptoms when you are anxious or out of teh blue? In my teens i had these symptoms when i stood up too fast....which is common in teenage girls....due to hormonal changes and also changeing body shape/size. I had very low blood pressure which compounded the issue. Staying hydreated and avoiding caffiene are teh best cures if this is yoru problem...
if it really is related to your anxiety, try:
-meditating, you can get a book on teh subject, research it online, or watch an iinstructional Youtube vid
-seek counseling-i had bad anxiety as a teen and counseling really helped me!
-avoid caffiene and chocolate (these are stimulants and make you jittery!)
-leanr what relaxes you and do that everyday (a soothing bath or shower (with low lighting), listening to soothing music, writing, going for a walk)
-excercise is a great way to lower anxiety because it releases feel good hormones! plus it gets rid of pent up energy that can make you jittery!

There are a variety of medications to treat psychiatric conditions, and all of them come with side effects, many serious. The most commonly prescribed medications for anxiety are benzodiazepines, which are highly addictive and, although they are also used to treat seizures, can actually cause seizures and tremors if you go through withdrawals!
The best way to treat anxiety without medication is meditation. It's free, it's easy, it's extremely healthy--both physically and mentally. There are a variety of natural herbs and supplements also, some with considerably less side effects than benzodiazepines. Valerian root is nice, but can cause blood pressure issues. I LOVE chamomile tea, and it's extremely safe and works very well. Try a cup or two before bed and you'll sleep like a baby. I take 5-HTP daily, it's synthesized tryptophan (the stuff in turkey that makes you sleepy), and that can help with both depression and anxiety.
Be careful though--just like any medication, these supplements can cause side effects, so consult with your doctor and see what he thinks is right for you. Good luck! And meditate!

Quite possibly you have an underlying medical condition involving your nervous system, so do consult your doctor, but I would add that meditation, and mindfulness, are considered safe and effective (and of potential benefit to absolutely everyone).
