Actually, having worked at the MCG during test matches and ODIs the biggest drunks and bogans are actually skinny teenagers who always have to take their shirts off and start the ridiculous Aussie Aussie Aussie chant, or "you are a w****r" at each other, stack plastic beer cups in huge snakes, spilling beer over everyone around them and throwing beach balls. The obese one's are too lazy to take part in that.

I don't know why, I rarely watch the cricket these days to make a judgement as to whether they're bogans or not.

Jay D, I can't agree with this post, I have been to your international Day Night matches, I did not see everyone with beer in hand carrying extra pounds. Think your stretching it there, also I was taken to see Parramatta, play, I think it was Eastern Suburbs, same there again, not everyone was swilling beer or carrying any extra burden around the mid section or hips.

I would think most of them are either retired or bosses taking a day off.I didn't actually see any crowd shots I was busy & just listening to it with an occasional peek when something exciting happened.
