Baseboard heat question ?
I live in a two story home with forced hot water baseboard heat. The problem is, the master bedroom is big and has baseboards on two walls and the room gets way too hot, while the rest of the house stays relatively cool. Is there a safe covering that can be used to stifle some of the heat that comes from these - even closing the covers does no good. I'd like to just put something (safe) over them. Any useful ideas ?

=== perhaps you need to install a flow valve to restrict and regulate the hot water heat flow .... not an easy fix but it is probably the best way to control the heat flow ....

I am an electrician but I came across this quite often. In most of these problems it is a matter of air bubbles that accumulate in the hot water pipes. One has to drain these and refill the water then the water will circulate properly.
Best to ask a plumber or heating contractor for advice. It is not really a big job but it has to be done
properly. An honest contractor will surely advise you.
