Possible lump in right breast?
First of all,I'm male,15 years old,but had this since 14 I think.My right nipple is slightly bigger than the left and underneath it there's something a bit hard,my left one is normal.Could this be a lump or something about hormones,because I am going through puberty.Is there a chance it's something serious?

Your age and the fact you had for a year sounds to me that its not cancer however its always a good idea to get checked for the what ifs

There is always a chance of it being serious. Though not necessarily so. The answer is to see ytour Doctor immediately. Medical advice is the only sensible option.
