I was about to ask how would you feel if it became the 51st state but I changed my mind, sorry. You can answer either question.
@ααяση! stole your girlfriend: But Puerto Ricans already live in the US. In fact, more Puerto Ricans live in the US than in Puerto Rico. Not to mention all the other Hispanic immigrants in the US. Hasn't that already happened?

51 is a weird number. I like it separate and I'm part Puerto Rican so yeah.

* I'm a puertorrican, and therefore an US citizen. I think PR must become a USA state and stop being a "second class" of US citizen. We should have all the rights and responsibilities as any other american citizen.

If puerto rico became a state that would be the ONLY state that speaks spanish. Then we'll have a bunch of foreigners coming in here and watch, a bunch of spanish people will take over America

Well, they've been a Protectorate / Commonwealth for 95 years... it's time they became one, OR stopped receiving our protection and funds.
