Can I use a visa gift card to pay on ELF cosmetics?
It says on the FAQ
"We currently accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card – we currently accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We do not accept pre-paid credit cards. Debit Cards – All debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo may be used."
Are gift cards, pre-paid credit cards?

Yes you can! A Visa Gift card is used just like a debit card. I used one that I got for my 13th Birthday a few months ago to buy a load of e.l.f products online, and it worked perfectly fine. :)

Yes you can just select the visa as long as you have gone onto the visa website and signed it up for online purchases just do everything like you would a normal credit card

You really dont have to be 18. I went to my local convenience store and bought one a while back I was 15. By the way unless you need it for online I dont suggest buying it with taxes and activation you end up spending like 3 - 5 bucks more =/
