Is 2nd American revolution possible?

With 1/2 the population (the earning, productive, thinking half) at severe fundamental odds with the other 1/2? Although seemingly less likely, how about civil war?

Update:

@Mark IX: we're talking about 50% of a nation completely disenfranchised, THE most productive 1/2. Did you ever hear of taxation without representation? The Tories Americans(loyal British citizens) made up more than 60% of the population in the 18th century, yet the revolution happened. Over 80% of Americans opposed slavery, and the civil war, yet it happened. I just asked a question, who is the real fkiucng idiot?

i would say not just possible, but likely.

how far into communism we'd have to fall before people rise up and take back their country, i don't know.

but in the declaration of independence, it outlines our duty to do so.

It would be easier to just kick the southern states out of the union and we'd balance our budget since we won't have to support those welfare states anymore.
