REnting OUt MY HOuse if it is in 4Clozure?

Looks like that Bank has give me 5 months to sell home or they take it back. I just signed up people to rent it out. Can I just keep that money? I don't have to pay it to mortgage people right? I don't want this house.

well it depends on if you are a responsible person or a leech

responsible - deed the house back now so the bank that approved YOUR request for money can work at getting it resold to minimize there losses, if they will not accept the deed then give them the rental money

irresponsible - you keep the money and screw the bank over DESPITE them being good enough to trust you for a loan, Obama voters mostly fall in this group

    I don't understand.

Now you will have income coming it.

You could contact the bank, pay, and perhaps stop this foreclosure.

    Keep your home.

If you don't want the house, you just sell it later and get your equity.

You can keep the rent money, yes. You'll need it, as you won't be getting credit for several years.

Of course you keep the money. It is your income. The only party you HAVE to give your income too is the IRS and your state tax board.

It's yours until the foreclosure sale.
