Question about my body? Girls?

I have always had a problem with Urinary track infections. About 2 weeks ago I went to the hospital and they gave me amoxicillin, then I started getting what seems like a UTI. Yes, I have had intercourse but with one guy and it has not been recently. It is not near my vagina, but near my pee hole (sorry do not know the name of that). it has become very sensitive and itchy, also hurts to pee other then that it doesn't usually bug me to much. What does this sound like to you?

It sounds like a yeast infection - which is normal after using amoxicillin. It is localised to your urethra (pee hole) and your vulva, which is fairly normal - hurting to pee is more associated with a UTI, however if the urethra is irritated due to a yeast infection or your itching then it'd cause this symptom too.

See your doctor to confirm the UTI is gone and if this is a yeast infection.

If prone to UTI's and yeast infections be sure to adjust diet appropriately to cut out sugar and increase urine pH, don't let any chemicals (soaps, washes, wipes, sprays, feminine cleansers, etc.) get down below, don't use commercial sanitary pads or liners, avoid tight synthetic clothing, etc.
