    It is part of the overture to the opera 'The Barber of Seville' by Rossini.

    It is not a 'song'. A song has to be sung by a singer and have words. Better to say 'work', 'piece' or 'composition'.

    And here is a tip for getting YouTube videos to play from a certain place: copy the URL from the navigation bar (or the shortcut version under the video), paste it and then add at the end #t=[]m[]s, where the figures in square brackets are the minutes and seconds of the place where you want it to start. So, in this instance it would have been https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OloXRhesab0#t=3m23... Place a '0' in the 'm' space of it's under one minute.
