benefit agency problem?
i was struck off job seekers allowance for a breech in their standards and i have proved that it was not my fault but theirs, but now they are saying the 2 weeks up today was a separate problem even though all the facts were the same,so basically they had cancelled my benefit from 10/11/12 to 7/12/12 but they have overturned this.so when i went to the bank today to get my money it wasn't there so i called up and was told that the period from 27/10/12 to 9/11/12 was no5t included in the decision even though it was part of the dispute and they are now saying that i wont get a penny for another 2 weeks , now i live alone and im £30 on gas and £20 on electric plus food for me and my 2 dogs and according to them im not in titled to hardship money or a social fund loan so im wondering if its legal to leave someone with no food gas or electric please help because im seriously worried

Sounds to me you're best off getting the Citizens Advice Bureau in the loop regards your debts and your benefits.

Just to cover all bases - have you enquired about a Budgeting Loan (from the DWP).
