Where should I go for my exchange summer 2013!?!? I can't decide , please I don't know what parts of Italy or finland but just which place has the nicest people and will I have the most fun and freedom?!? I'm an american girl btw.

Italy is simply incredible. It's culture is so rich, beautiful lanscape, and it is a highly developed country. Finland is also great, but honestly not as great as Italy. Ghana would be my last choice.
