Buy Or Sell: Would Kobe have won a championship if Gasol didn't come to LA?
Not trying to sound like a arrogant Heat fan but Kobe could never get over the hump after Shaq left but then the Lakers got a steal as in Pau Gasol from Memphis and they went to the Finals for 3 straight Years, winning 2 championships. Was Gasol the missing piece for Kobe getting over the hump?
BQ: Are the Spurs for real this year and could they go back to the Finals?

Of course Kobe wouldn't have won it without Gasol just like how Lebron wouldn't have won it without Bosh and Wade. But remember, the whole reason the Lakers went after Gasol is because Bynum got injured. The 07-08 season was Bynum's breakout year and before he got injured, he was playing like an Allstar. I could make the excuse if Bynum never got injured Kobe could of won without Gasol.

promote. the reason the Lakers broke that crew up replaced into that Shaq and Kobe hated each and each and every others guts. Shaq needed the Lakers to signal him to a large extension and commerce Kobe away. Kobe replaced right into a loose agent and perilous to signal with the Clippers except the Lakers were given rid of Shaq. interior the precise la keen to bypass with Kobe, which replaced into probable the right selection. yet in the adventure that that they had tried to save both one in each and every of them they could have torn the crew aside.

I've got to say no, even though I'm frustrated with Gasol at the moment, Lakers wouldn't have won in 2009 or 2010 without him.
BQ: After the Lakers lost to the Thunder in the playoffs last season, I thought the Spurs were unbeatable. But they lost in the WCF, so who knows they have a shot though.

It's highly unlikely, I would say no. The Lakers play their best when they have a dominant big man. Without Gasol, Kobe would have had no second option and no one to give the ball up to.
Take Gasol out of the equation and I don't think the Lakers would have even beat the Celtics in 2010.
BQ: I don't think they can win the title, but they could go as far as the Conference Finals.

Nope as a true fan I can tell you no, but I don't see how you heat fans can every try to bring this up, when lebron had to go to Maimi with Chris bosh and d wade to bring a championship

All your saying is it takes two stars two win a title, and thats all you need with Kobe, give him another all star and they are title contenders... The spurs are always a threat ,if the big 3 is healthy.. Manu, parker, Duncan

any Big man that is much better then Kwame Brown
will make Kobe and the Lakers a contender.
if you want to blame, point your finger at the GM of the LA
mighty Lakers, they were the one who pull the trade, and got
nash/howard over the summer.
just to get back at you, cus I am bored,
Not trying to sound like a arrogant Lakers fan, but Lebron could never
get over the hump with out wade and Bosh.
