    Because every second POTUS is on the ground anywhere, his presence requires the use of local resources, such as police and security personnel, that are needed elsewhere.

    Stop being a whiny, disrespectful, sore loser Republican. If you can't be partisan without the poison, shut the hell up. You're boring everybody who has moved on.
