For a girl it sounds too masculine in my opinion. I've never heard of it before and my first thought was that it was a boy name.
It's not common, sounds good and regardless of what those other retards said, I think the name is quite ok.
I like Morison even better for a boy.
For a girl, I'd go for Orisa, to make it more feminine. (But it looks kinda made up. Sounds ok though)

I like it for a boy, not very much for a girl. I think a cute nick name would be "Ori'.
