I am listed twice in a group as a manager, but in my yahoo account I don't see i am a group manager?
Does the fact that I am a member of the group twice mean I have two Yahoo accounts? I have three emails listed in my Yahoo account (they all feed into one gmail acct) and have tried making different ones 'primary'. Still I can't seem to see that I am linked to either of the members (me!) who are managers. I can't act as a manager as I need to do.

Hi Leslie,
This scenario may be the result of you having two different Yahoo! IDs, and you not being logged into the account associated with your moderator membership, OR it could be that your moderator account is currently an email-only subscription that isn't yet associated with a Yahoo! ID.
I recommend that you can try using the Membership Wizard to see if it can locate the membership in question and transfer it to the Yahoo! ID that you normally use. You can access the Membership Wizard at:
http://groups.yahoo.com/memwiz
If the Membership Wizard doesn't locate your subscription, please contact Customer Care for further assistance via the Help form at:
http://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?locale=en_U...
You can submit a help request on this issue by selecting Groups as the product, Notices and errors as the category, and problem accessing my group as the subcategory. When submitting your request, for the fastest possible resolution, please include the following:
- The email address at which you receive moderator notification emails
- The exact name of the group
I hope this helps! Please let us know either way!
