    flight : from hyd you find lots of flights to delhi., and from delhi you can travel to agra by taxi/ bus depending on the urgency and money at your disposal

    train : rajdhani

    by plane if you have not enough balence then you have to go by train in the quickest way

    Hyderabad and Agra, the city of Tajmahal are about 2400 km distance apart. You say you want to travel cheap and back pack.Only Rail journey is fast and cheap in this route. Andhra Pradesh Express is a Super fast express taking about 23 hrs to cover this distance.You can travel in 2nd class Sleeper or Ordinary coach.     You should take the train if you are looking at the cheapest means of travelling. there is a superfast train, then there are regular express trains that take upto 30 hours. there also is the delhi rajdhani. getting to delhi might be your best option since it would be cheaper.
