Is Missouri really racist?

My job is moving to springfield Mo, and before we move out that way I found out that 95% of Springfield is white. Less than 1% hispanic, would this be an ideal place to move my family?

    Homer Simpson lives there! Do you work at the.nuclear plant? It is not racist - it has crusty the clown, Apu etcetera
