What is the best way to grill a deep pan pizza?
I don't have an oven, and although I can get the top cooked, its soft underneath.
The grill has a door so its a bit like an oven, but even so the base is too soft and the top well done.

Try wrapping in foil to cook the inside and keep the heat in like an oven?

Use a stone. The stone captures the grill heat and is suited for grilling a pizza. Comes out great!

Sorry, yet you may have a problematic time finding deep dish pizza in vast apple. you are able to head over to Pizzeria Uno (they have a number of them in vast apple), besides the undeniable fact that, for us NYers deep dish pizza isn't actual pizza so which you will likely no longer discover it around.
