As the old joke goes; Anything he wants. Almost all accounts describe the creatures as very large and therefore would certainly be omnivorous as well as requiring a very large amount of food. Plants, bird's eggs, grubs and worms, fungus, moss and lichen as well as meat would be as good a guess as any. If you have ever seen any of the wilderness survival shows, such as Man vs Wild or Survivorman, you will know that there is a considerable amount of food in the habitats said to be inhabited by the Bigfoot or Sasquatch. Furthermore, the range of such animals, if they indeed exist, just in North America is immense so food sources would vary from place to place. However your question asks about the Bigfoot, which is a term originating in the Pacific Northwest (although it is used almost universally in North America). There is an abundance of plant species in these areas since they are predominantly temperate rain forest or similar environments. Such a creature would have evolved to be able to digest many of the plants that humans cannot. There is also considerable evidence that the Bigfoot can catch fish and hunt deer and other wild animals. Far from an unintelligent animal, evidence also exists that they form societal groups with members filling various roles such as lookouts, caregivers, gatherers and hunters. Anecdotal accounts from human hunters suggests that they hunt in groups with some members "flushing" - chasing deer out of the brush - while others lay in wait.

Any thing that doesn't taste bad. Considering size and weight, diet is not one of it's concerns and probably every thing is raw.
