Can you help me organize my life?

It's really hard for me to get things done because sometimes I get so hooked on something that I don't get to do my other tasks. So here are the things that need to be done and how long they take. I just don't know how to fit them in my life.

Number 1. I need to work out for 30 minutes. I take around 10 minutes to get everything ready to work out so that is 40 minutes total.

Number 2. I work from Tuesdays through Fridays from 2:08pm-5pm (sometimes till 7pm)

Number 3. I need to watch my youtube shows for at least 2 hours

Number 4. I need to play a game Scrabble for at least an hour (sounds weird but it's my hobby)

Number 5. I need to read the news, check e-mail and do other things online for an hour

Number 6. I need time to read my Bible for at least an hour

Number 7. I need time to spend with my husband for 2-3 hours maybe even 4 hours

Number 8. I need time to clean something in my house for 30minutes through an hour (depends what the chore is)

Number 9. I take the most 10-15 minutes preparing something to eat (3 times a day) and I take another 10-15 minutes eating

Number 10. I take 1-2 showers per day so that's another 15-20 minutes (including brushing my teeth)

Number 11. I need 2-3 hours once a week to go out somewhere, whether it's food shopping or other places

Number 12. I need 8 hours of sleep every night. No less than that.

How, how, how do I do this all? I'm just starting to feel stressed and feel like I need someone to help me out and set me up some schedule. I'll really appreciate it. Thanks.

If I were you, I don't prefer using tight schedule, because it makes me even more confuse. I would have plans but I also plan to fail, and see how would I face with the failure that I encounter, And... from experience it has shown that every failure is not the end of the world.

Well good luck my friend. : )

    Hey there l-m-d-b

Seems to me, from your list of what you do, that you are just fitting it all in to the hours available. So, what is interfering must be the thought that you can't fit it in. Since thoughts produce things, actions or non-actions, events and non-events, your thought that you can't fit it in is producing the action despite the timetable working quite perfectly if you thought differently.

One thing to do, then, is to imagine yourself at the end of the coming week and how satisfied you feel, that you DID do everything you wanted to - hold that thought, hug that feeling.

When the old thought intrudes, disregard it by turning to the thought you imagined having. This will take but moments, so no adding loads of meditation time to your schedule.

Try it now! Costs nothing, at least.

    all the best
