What size basketball do teenage boys prefer?
I am looking at buying stuff for my company's "Toys for Tots" program, and a basketball is on the "preferred list" of gifts for teenage boys.
This is for age 12-15.

Get a regular size ball. They need to get used to the size when they're at this age. When they're 16-18, they can move on to the full size.

The ordinary measurement for teenage boys is more often than not a medium in shirt some massive so i would order alot of those. For ladies the usual dimension really depends but is probobly a medium. In pants measurement for guys is like someplace between 27-31 waist. Most of the time a 29. For girls it can be more a dimension 4 in pants.

get a 29.5 circumference ball. this is the official size of the nba and almost all guys use this size basketball.

everyone older than 12 is supposed to use size 7 or a 29.5 inch circumference

Go with size 9 --- I think it's 36 inch circumference. If you're looking for a younger teen boy (I'd say age 12-15) go with size 7, it will fit smaller hands better.
